Der Kugellautsprecher KL 72+ ist mit einem Breitbandchassis und einem 100 V-Übertrager bestückt.

Das Gehäuse besteht aus weißem Kunststoff mit einer weiß lackierten Lochblechabdeckung. Über eine am Kabel befestigte Zugentlastung wird der Lautsprecher an die Decke gehängt. Ein im Lieferumfang enthaltener Baldachin verdeckt dabei die Aufhängung.
